I love hotels. Old. New. Cute. Small. You get the point? I love hotels of all shape and sizes. So, when I heard the Ace Hotel was opening an outpost in Palm Springs? I knew I had to go. My first trip to the Ace Hotel was back in March. While it had a lot of kinks that needed to be worked out, I still loved it enough to return this past weekend (June 27-28). Back in May, some friends of mine wanted to have a bonfire.  So, I decide to make sandwiches!!!!  I jump at any chance to cook (in this case, preparing sandwiches which requires no cooking) for friends/family/anyone!!!!!!

Italian Sandwich =  red wine vinaigrette + arugula (or lettuce) + pickled red onions + tomatoes + prosciutto + 

mortadella +head cheese + prosciutto cotto + soppressata + cappicola + provolone

My Past Month.

If I need a quick bite around Orange County, there are only a handful of places I go to.  A Market is one of those places.  Great sandwiches.  Great salads (mozzarella salad is my favorite!!!).  Great pastries.  What else do you need?  They also have a small selection of cheeses (please try the Gouda XO) and charcuterie.
